Project Architect:

• Registered Architect, minimum 5 years experience
• Ability to plan, organize and develop construction documents.
• Ability to coordinate with consultants and direct the project team.
• Ability to produce architectural details and understanding of construction techniques.
• Proficient with AutoCAD 14/200 and Architecture Desktop.

CAD Designer:

• 2-year Associate's degree in Architectural Design and Drafting.
• Proficient with AutoCAD 14/200 and Architecture Desktop.
• Team player with the ability to take on many roles.
• Perform drafting with little to no supervision from Project Manager or Department Manager, in either CAD or by hand.
• Perform advanced project design based on preliminary information provided by Project Manager or Department Manager, including limited specification writing.
• Able to perform field work as directed by Project Manager.
• Client/contractor contact as directed by Project Manager.
• Must be capable of assisting with construction estimates and manpower estimates.

Intern Architect:

• Graduate of Architecture school, 2 to 5 years of experience
• Capable of organizing and producing preliminary layouts and construction documents.
• Understanding of architectural details as they relate to building components and assembly.
• AutoCAD 14/Architecture Desktop and general computer capabilities.
